BluePhoenix Solutions, Inc. is seeking an senior sales representative, with significant experience in selling large enterprises, to sell its legacy modernization services and products to large accounts in the US. The position requires and experienced representative, with proven success in selling $500,000 to $5M deals to large corporate customers. BluePhoenix Solutions (NASDAQ:BPHX) is the market leader in legacy application modernization, helping its clients modernize their mainframe applications. This is not a Business Development position. It is 100% sales. Relocation is not required and work from a private / home office is acceptable. Significant earnings potential exists in this exciting public company for the qualified candidate.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for prospecting, responding to incoming leads and developing accounts to close a sufficient business commensurate with the potential of your assigned territory and the quota provided to you by the company.
Minimum Requirements
The following requirements are mandatory. Resumes not meeting these requirements will not be considered:
§ Five or more years experience in Enterprise level sales (“C-level” sales).
§ Referenceable success in regularly meeting and exceeding past sales quotas.
§ Strong verbal and written communication skills (samples will be requested).
§ Strong organization and attention to details.
§ Employ a selling process that is defined and repeatable (as opposed to “seat of the pants”)
§ Be energetic, positive, and bring a “can do” attitude to challenges.
§ Be able to work well with other peers and managers.
Other Skills
In addition to the minimal required skills listed above, the below are also helpful and will complement your application, but are not required:
§ Experience selling legacy/mainframe based application products or services.
§ Knowledge of legacy and / or modern software technologies.
Proven Results
The successful candidate will show a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas throughout their career. They will also bring current references that verify outstanding performance.
