Customer: Rabobank PME Financieren is part of the Rabobank International Group, with international branches in 38 countries. Rabobank has 55,000 employees worldwide, 396 national branches and 142 international branches in 38 countries.
Business Needs: Rabobank needed to better manage their home financing sector – 22.5% of the Dutch mortgage market.
Solution: Using the BluePhoenix AppBuilder product, Rabobank built an application that integrates their system and handles the entire mortgage process. From the initial lending application to the consolidation of credit history all the administrative details tied together in one business application. In addition, AppBuilder’s flexible deployment options allowed Rabobank to transition smoothly through Y2K, the introduction to the euro, and now to a Web-enabled J2EE environment.
