BridgeQuest's executive team is based in the United States and averages more than 20 years experience in running commercially successful high-tech organizations in North America and Western Europe. We truly understand the business needs and commercial realities of today's business enterprises. We also possess a decade of experience in leveraging offshore software development teams to support on shore businesses.

Steven Dmiszewicki: Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Steven Dmiszewicki is a founder, CEO and member of the BridgeQuest Board of Directors. With more than 20 years experience in corporate management and technology, he currently serves as managing director and member of the board of directors of a boutique management-consulting firm. Prior to founding this organization, he was president and chief executive officer of two publicly traded international enterprise software companies. Steven has in-depth knowledge of operations and finance, encompassing acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring, strategic planning in complex business situations, and international operations. He is on the advisory board of several technology companies and is a graduate of Bucknell University.

Dr. Len Erlikh: Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Chairman
Len Erlikh is a founder, CTO and chairman of the BridgeQuest Board of Directors. Len came to BridgeQuest with more than 20 years experience in developing commercially successful enterprise software products, and has been awarded four high-impact US patents in model-based application development and legacy modernization. He is a frequent public speaker and a prolific published author. Prior to joining BridgeQuest, Len co-founded and served as CTO of an enterprise software company. He previously co-founded and served as senior vice president of development and general manager of a publicly traded software company. Len began his career in large-scale commercial software development at IBM R&D labs. He holds a B.A.A. in Computer Applications and Business from Baruch College, CUNY, an M.S. in Advanced Technology from SUNY at Binghamton and a Ph.D. from St. Petersburg State University.

Renee Fulk: Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Renee Fulk is the vice president of finance at BridgeQuest. Renee is also a founder, managing director and a member of the board of directors of a boutique management-consulting firm. She has more than 11 years experience in corporate finance and technology and has participated in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises. Renee began her career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and has held several senior financial positions including that of Chief Financial Officer in publicly traded international enterprise software companies. She is a CPA and a graduate of East Carolina University.
